October brought lots of firsts...

Lets see ... Cole now has 4 teeth, has learned to crawl and wore his first Halloween costume.   I must say he was the cutest lobster I've ever seen!   Today he has taught himself how to whistle!   Yes, that is right!   The boy must be some kind of genius, don't you think?    Oh, and I can't forget ... he has started saying Mama!   YAY!    He is also trying his hardest to pull himself on things.   I really don't enjoy that at all.   Still makes me nervous!  

Lily has started talking!   I mean REALLY talking!    She went from saying Mommy, Daddy, Cole, Jake and Buzz to talking in short sentences!    This little girl has a precious little voice (when she is not screaming).    My favorite of course is "I wub you!"     She still won't say Brittney or Ava.   Her favorite words?    Probably "NO WAY".   

Ava has really taken to swimming lessons in this past month.   We've gone from a scared little girl who wouldn't stick her toes in the water to a girl who's jumping out of a boat into the water!     She is lovin' preschool and she adores her teacher, Miss Kristina!   I am lovin' all the little artwork she is bringing home!

We had our first family photos done last month ... got some really great shots!   Thanks, Karma for being so patient with our big family and big attitudes (Lily!!).    You did an amazing job and I can't wait to see them hanging on my walls for years to come.   

So I need to keep up with this a little better since its been a month since my last post...
